The Armenian Center for Political Rights has published a report on the issues of the military training camps (also known as “three-month trainings” and “25-day trainings”).
The issue of military training camps is different from other human rights viola-tions in Armenia in that it is related not only to ways of implementation or ab-sence of political will to improve the sit-uation, but also to legal framework.
The current practice and legal regula-tions for involving reservists in military training camps and through them in combat duty are incompatible with the standards of rule of law.
